ComAp Parallel(Synchronizing) Controller Series: The Three in ComAp
ComAp parallel controllers: IG4-200, IG500G2, IG1000
The biggest news about ComAp parallel controllers this year is that IG-NTC-GC, which has a market history of 20 years, will be discontinued in 2024! ComAp's parallel machine controller series more perfectly embodies the three levels of basic, intermediate and high-end. One of the three masters.
Basic: IG4-200; Intermediate: IG500G2; Advanced: IG1000.
BASIC IG4-200
This year, the software update of the IG4-200 brings you the following new features:
Support for redundant CAN requirements via I-CR-R
Dynamic rotation reserve required to support and photovoltaic system
Support InteliGateway 300 to read third-party Modbus device data
Optional /5A or /1A current transformer for use on high voltage units
It is possible to convert a single unit to the grid or multiple units in parallel through a binary input
Mid-level Parallel Controller IG500G2
It is the successor of the IG500 and comes in two versions.
Standard version: Simply put, it is an IG4-200 with a 5.2-inch color screen. These features include:
Built-in RJ45 network cable plug
Support SUS quick sync
Buttons at the bottom of the screen can customize functions
Can use InteliVision 5.2 as a remote screen
Support for redundant CAN requirements via I-CR-R
Dynamic rotation reserve required to support and photovoltaic system
Support InteliGateway 300 to read third-party Modbus device data
Optional /5A or /1A current transformer for use on high voltage units
It is possible to convert a single unit to the grid or multiple units in parallel through a binary input
Enhanced version: Unlocked by software key, the function is equivalent to the original IG-NTC-GC controller. Of course all the standard functions of IG500G2 are included. Enhancements include:
controller redundancy
Mandatory parameters (Force Value)
virtual channel or shared data
Increased PLC
High-end Parallel Controller IG1000
At last year's power show, we have introduced the high-end IG1000. In the past year, many mission-critical power plants around the world have used this advanced controller. Of course, IG1000 already includes all the functions of the enhanced version of IG4-200 and IG500G2 introduced above. There are also some IG1000-exclusive features, including:
3 RJ45 network cable ports
4 CAN ports, optional built-in redundant CAN
Built-in MicroSD card slot for long-term data storage
Enhance network security
Support up to 64 units in parallel in the same group
Support European Grid Codes network specification
Built-in larger PLC can be used
More than 10 ComAp screens or Modbus screens can be connected and accessed at the same time (please contact us for details)
Built-in CAN diagnostic function
Support ComAp ECON4 ESC controller
