Structural characteristics of SCB10, SCB11, SCB13 series resin insulated dry-type power transformers
Box-type coil: the low-voltage winding uses a whole section of copper foil, and is wound on a low-voltage foil winding machine together with F-level turn insulation. Foil coils better solve the problems of low voltage and high current coils, large short circuit stress, unbalanced ampere turns, poor heat dissipation, winding helix angle, and unstable manual welding quality. At the same time, the winding ends of our company are potted with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and pollution-proof. Lead copper bars are automatically welded by argon arc welding.
Temperature control device: The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer, and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and display the working temperature of each phase coil, and has over-temperature alarm and trip function.
